Jessica writes in Seattle with her one husband, two dogs, a lonely chicken, and four kids. At seventeen, she left Texas to train and perform with the Pacific Northwest Ballet. She holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington Foster School of Business. In between births of her own children, she trained and worked as a doula in the Seattle area. She is always looking for a microphone and will someday build that comedy career!

She has completed her debut novel, a 100K-word historical family drama set in West Texas.
